Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unused, without signs of wear, with all tags intact, and in the original packaging.

If your return request is approved, we will provide clear instructions regarding the return process and the exact address to which the package should be sent. Products sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can assess the situation and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, as follows:

Custom-made or personalized products;

Gift cards;

Items on sale or clearance, if explicitly indicated at the time of purchase.
Additionally, returns are not accepted if the product shows signs of wear, scratches, damage, modifications, or if the original packaging is missing.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item, and after the return is accepted, place a new separate order for the desired product.
Right of Withdrawal – European Union (14 Days)
Without affecting the 30-day commercial policy, in accordance with Government Ordinance no. 34/2014, if goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without needing to provide a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal:

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received;

The product must be unworn, unused, with tags intact and in the original packaging;

Proof of purchase is required (invoice or order confirmation).
Refunds
We will notify you once the return has been received and inspected, and we will inform you if the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order, within 10 business days from the date the return is approved.
Please note that additional delays may occur due to your bank or payment processor.
