OVERVIEW

This Delivery and Payment Policy (“Policy”) describes how we handle product delivery, shipping costs, delivery times, and available payment methods for orders placed through our RUA online store.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy, together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy [LINK].

SECTION 1 – PRODUCT DELIVERY

1.1 Delivery Areas

We deliver orders to:

  • Romania (domestic delivery)

  • European Union (international delivery)

1.2 Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated based on:

  • Destination of the order

  • Weight and dimensions of the package

  • Type of shipping selected (standard, express, fast courier)

The final cost is displayed before completing the order. All prices include VAT according to applicable law but do not include customs duties or other additional charges for international deliveries.

1.3 Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time begins after order confirmation and payment processing. Estimated times are:

  • All delivery times are estimates. RUA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

1.4 Transfer of Risk

Risk and ownership of products transfer to you at the moment the package is handed over to the carrier. We recommend inspecting the package upon receipt and reporting any damage.

SECTION 2 – DELIVERY METHODS

We offer the following delivery methods:

  • Fast courier (e.g., Fan Courier, DHL, UPS, Cargus, SameDay, GLS, FedEx, DPD)

The cost and availability of each method are displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to modify carriers depending on availability.

SECTION 3 – PAYMENT OF ORDERS

3.1 Available Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit / debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express)

  • PayPal

All payments are processed through secure platforms, and your financial information is protected according to international security standards (PCI DSS).

3.2 Payment Confirmation

Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation. If the payment cannot be completed, the order will be canceled, and you will be contacted via email.

3.3 Currency and Taxes

Prices displayed on the website are in [RON / EUR] and include VAT. For international deliveries, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges.

SECTION 4 – ORDER CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION

Orders can only be modified or canceled before shipment.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled, but they may be returned in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy [LINK].

SECTION 5 – INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For orders outside Romania:

  • International deliveries may be subject to customs and import duties.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on customs procedures and the carrier.

  • We recommend checking local customs regulations before placing an order.

SECTION 6 – UNAUTHORIZED BEHAVIOR

RUA reserves the right to refuse or suspend an order if there is suspicion of fraud, unauthorized card use, or other illegal activities.

SECTION 7 – RESPONSIBILITIES

RUA is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers or external factors

  • Additional costs due to customs procedures

  • Products lost after being handed over to the carrier
