When placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. RUA reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at its sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until RUA confirms acceptance. Payment must be received and processed before the order is accepted.

Check your order carefully before submission, as RUA may not be able to process cancellation requests after an order is accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of the order.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

We are not responsible for delivery or shipping delays. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to you.

You may be provided access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we do not monitor, control, or influence.

You acknowledge and agree that such tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties or guarantees. We are not responsible for your use of optional third-party tools.

RUA is provided by Shopify, allowing us to provide the Services. However, all sales and purchases in our store are made directly with RUA. By using the Services, you agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and RUA, including any bodily injury, damage, or loss arising from products or services purchased. You explicitly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims related to your transactions with RUA.

Ambiguities are not interpreted against the drafter.
